Dates: Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of June and July based on availability for boys and girls from Kindergarten through 12th grade

Summary: Join Derek Shouse (Beast Training) and Daniel English (Supreme Basketball) as they put players through a more private workout with detailed instruction.
Areas of focus will include:
Guards - Advanced ball handling, attacking off the dribble, and finishing in traffic.
Shooting - Form Shooting, Catch & Shoot, Shooting in Transition - many repetitions
Post Players - Post moves, finishing in transition, post shots from the perimeter, passing, defending, and rebounding
