Sierra Votaw serves as the Girls Basketball Director for Supreme Basketball, bringing a wealth of experience as a former Division I student-athlete, coach, player development specialist, and basketball program leader. As a collegiate athlete, Sierra competed at the NCAA Division I level and played in two NCAA Tournaments, giving her firsthand experience with the commitment and preparation required to compete at the highest levels of the game.
Sierra’s coaching background includes helping lead Lincoln Christian Girls Basketball to back-to-back Nebraska State Championships, along with experience coaching and developing athletes across multiple age levels.
As Girls Basketball Director, Sierra is passionate about creating opportunities for female athletes to develop their skills, confidence, leadership, and love for the game.
Sierra believes every player deserves to be challenged, supported, and given the tools to reach her potential. She is excited to help grow the Supreme girls program and create an environment where athletes can compete at a high level while becoming confident, resilient, and well-rounded young women.
